Rich is Hines’ Vice President, Sales & Client Solutions and he brings 28 years of experience in sales and marketing, 20 of those years in the medical device and healthcare industries. Over his career, he has successfully held sales and leadership positions and has a passion for training teams and focusing on delivering great customer experiences. Rich holds a Bachelor of Arts from Lake Forest College, with a major in English and Psychology.
