Hines was incorporated in 1987. As sole owner, Judy Hines directs the company from the corporate office in Elgin, Il, with a Board of Directors and outside Professional Advisory Committee. With 25 offices nationwide, Hines' nurses are professionals with expertise in nearly every clinical specialty.
